Privacy policy

What we collect: account details (company, user name, email) and the data your company enters (customers, items, orders, users).

How we use it: only to run the service for your company and to contact you about your account and subscription. We never sell or share your data for marketing.

Hosting and security: data is hosted on Cloudflare, sent over encrypted HTTPS, and passwords are stored hashed. Each company's data is separated and visible only to its own users.

Your customers' data: you are responsible for the data you enter about your customers; we process it on your behalf only to provide the service.

Your rights: export your orders to Excel at any time, and ask us to delete your account and all its data.

Terms of use

• Flow Orders is a monthly or annual subscription per company, starting with a 14-day free trial, no card required.
• When a trial or subscription ends, the account becomes read-only with data export available, and is fully restored on renewal.
• You agree to use the service lawfully and keep your users' passwords confidential.
• Flow Orders manages orders, customers and stock. It is not an accounting system and does not replace an official tax invoice.
• We aim for continuous availability and will announce planned maintenance in advance where possible.
• We may update these terms and will email account owners about material changes.

Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel any time by contacting us; your account stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Nothing is charged during the free trial.
• Payments for a period that has already started are non-refundable, except for a service fault on our side that we could not fix.
• Setup and data-migration fees (if any) are non-refundable once work has started.
